Apart from innovation, social involvement also plays an important part within the philosophy of the company. International Innovation Company indirectly employs a number of people from a sheltered workplace in Delft for the assembly and packaging of almost every product. This workplace provides a safe and pleasant working environment for mentally and physically disadvantaged people, including those hoping to be integrated into the Dutch employment market.

International Innovation Company is also the founder of the ‘Sharing Success Foundation’. This foundation hosts a number of annual events to attract other companies who may wish to increase their social involvement.

These unique non-profit making events are run with the support and sponsorship of many other companies. Therefore, every euro that is raised during these events can be donated, in full, to the Lilliane Foundation, a foundation that helps children with a disability in third world countries.
